Knowing how to use structural engineering analysis and design software is an essential skill required of all practicing engineers. Equally important but seldom discussed however is the need for designers to be able to manually validate the results produced by their computer analysis. This webinar will discuss easy ways of validating computer-generated analysis and design. Included will be a discussion on the limitations of computer analysis as well as examples of common problems associated with such analysis.
