The new Atlanta Falcons stadium will seat 75,000 fans and feature a never been done before retractable roof, that opens like a camera aperture. It features eight lightweight moving "petals" instead of two large pieces. This session will talk about the technology utilized to create the unusual structural design, the moving mechanization systems and the erection of this new icon for Atlanta.
