This session will present overarching concepts about seismic resilience and describe strategies that can be used within established steel systems to limit damage and improve performance. Seismic design case studies and example projects will be highlighted. Attendees will gain a working understanding of seismic resilience concepts and will learn about practical applications for the seismic design of steel structures.
