Priming the Space for Talent Retention through Self-Reflection, Humility and Belonging [W17] 2024

Through an exploration of cultural humility and the ecosystem of an inclusive organization, participants will explore the role of perspective-taking in creating organizational cultures where existing and future talent of ALL backgrounds can thrive.

This session will:

  • Introduce cultural humility and its role in inclusion.
  • Consider the intersection of organizational culture, change management and engagement in talent attraction and retention.
  • Provide strategies for beginning a journey towards a culture of belonging.
