Work IN Roads is an Indiana-based, heavy civil engineering and construction collaboration aiming to throw all they have at the skilled trade shortage. The program focuses on civil construction pathway programming for high school students. They support the pipeline by increasing awareness and connecting students to employers, ultimately providing better roads, better careers, and a better living.
